Lounge / Dining area - a large, light and airy lounge and dining area with LCD TV, video, DVD player and CD/radio. It is luxuriously furnished with a brown leather suite, dining table and six chairs, solid pine furniture and coordinated soft furnishings. There is a large selection of DVDs, videos, books, games, toys and jigsaws.
Bathroom - upstairs bathroom, fully tiled with modern suite and a shower over the bath.
Bedroom 1 - solid pine double bed and bedside cabinets; large built in cupboard with ample drawer, shelf and hanging space; pine shelf with large mirror over.
Bedroom 2 - solid pine double bed and bedside cabinet; pine wardrobe with 3 drawers underneath; beech shelf with mirror over.
Bedroom 3 - full size pine bunk beds; wardrobe with internal shelf, large chest of drawers with mirror over.
Outside - parking space for one car, sunny front garden and attractive rear patio with outdoor furniture.
